  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If there is a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping is free for all orders within the United States.
  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2-3 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours of shipment.

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • If you receive an order with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • If an incorrect address is provided, Luxorastores is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you.
  • Customers may be required to pay a re-shipping fee for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
